[PATCH v2 6/8] dt-bindings: timer: Add MIPS P8700 ACLINT MTIMER

Document the MIPS P8700 ACLINT MTIMER.
Extend support for both mtimecmp and mtime registers
within the ACLINT MTIMER, identified via reg-names.
