pcmcia-cs package kills 2.6.18-rc1 kernel?

I wish I knew an elegant answer for that.  So far, there are several
solutions, but neither is ideal.  You can find details on the web.

1) Don't compile orinoco_cs driver.
2) Unbind orinoco_cs using sysfs.
3) Blacklist orinoco_cs driver using hotplug or udev facilities.
