Toradex Colibri, problem with eboot

Hello.

Recently I have downloaded Bootloader&Image_3.4.zip with new eboot_3.4 from official Toradex web-site.
When I flashed eboot image on board, I have seen this:

Did anyone meet this problem?
Of course, I may use u-boot, but I still cannot install it on my board. :(  
By the way,
