After changing phy_set_mode() to phy_set_mode_ext() in
dwmac-qcom-ethqos.c, no issues found on:
- QCS9100 Ride R3 (AQR115C PHY, 2500BASE-X) - 2.5G/1G/100M
- IQ9 EVK (QCA8081 PHY, 2500BASE-X) - 2.5G
