Although adding FOLL_GET doesn't affect the behavior of
get_user_pages_unlocked(), I wondered how this affects the next change
It's better to mention it in the commit message.
get_user_pages_*() called by hva_to_pfn_{fast, slot} imply FOLL_GET,
but __kvm_follow_pfn() doesn't imply FOLL_GET.
