Use GitHub Issues Please

Howdy,

if you have an issue with the code itself I'd like people to use
the github issues tracker rather than emailing to this list.

this gives us the chance to review/schedule issues before a new release
and do code reviews in a nicer way and good stuff like that.

No problem discussing design or future plans or great ideas or
shooting the breeze here on the mailing list, but problems
with the code itself should be tracked on github.
