[Freeassociation-devel] Python bindings

Does anyone know how to turn on the python bindings?  They look like
they might be out of date, but I'd just like to try to get the build
process working and then tackle that.

I've attached a patch to the configure.in to fix a bug where single
quotes were used when double quotes should have been.
