win ce station roam issue w/ RADIUS authentication

Follow-up:
Attached are 2 logs, both show a similar process but in one case the
client never responds and the authentication fails, in the other, the
client does respond and the authentication succeeds.

Is there anything I should be aware of regarding a WinCE 5.0 client
utilizing a Summit Radio card and their supplicant for connecting to a
RADIUS server that anyone may have heard of?
