SOLVED: wpa_cli: interface ethX DISCONNECTED

ok, problem solved:

it appears, that the intel BG2100 was the problem. either the card was
too old or too loaded. i replaced it with a new TL-WN660G with an
atheros chipset (madwifi) and there has been no "interface DISCONNECTED"
since.
