By enabling TNC for wpa_supplicant build and trying to authenticate with
a server that supports TNC either with EAP-TTLS or with EAP-FAST.

wpa_supplicant does not need any internal configuration for this (apart
from the build time CONFIG_EAP_TNC=y in .config). TNC standard defines
the OS specific ways of setting up IMCs (/etc/tnc_config on Linux,
registry on Windows) and wpa_supplicant uses these to know which IMCs to
load.
