Python/WPA Bindings

Just wanted to send another quick ping out to the WPA world saying that
work is still being done (and is functioning quite well at the moment)
for the PyWPA bindings.

(the doc/README and doc/CHANGELOG talk about some of the cool stuff it
can do.)

I've also written a module, PyIW, that wraps libiw, allowing you to set
network card parameters like a Python dictionary, scan (returning
objects), etc.

ALSO:

I know someone at Red Hat is writing D-BUS hooks, which sounds like good
stuff. PyWPA will probably adopt those (as well as keeping the socket
ctrl interface) when they're stable.
