Thanks. Please note that the driver interface code in hostapd got a
rather large change with the merge of madwifi driver interface.
Consequently, this patch does not apply to the current CVS version.
Could you please take a look at the new version and rediff the changes
against it? One of the changes moved receive_wired.c into beginning of
driver_wired.c and got rid of driver_wired.h. In addition, registering
function pointers for handler functions changed.
