OK, I've errored. The MAC address was correct after all. My network guy told me the MAC of the wired part. This is what can happen with two people working on a problem... Also, I'm told that no response to my change requests to iwconfig is "normal", so I'm back to debugging it on the WPA side... --Donald Teed
