hostap 0.0.3 / 2.5.70 GetNextTuple issue

Hi,

pcmcia stop -> pcmcia start -> insert card -> does not work.
pcmcia stop -> insert card -> pcmcia start -> works fine.

tried it several times, reproducable.

compaq wl100 card, worked very fine with 2.5.69  and hostap 0.0.2
(except for not handling the interrupt sometimes).
