Another BBC News Clip

Thanks Vangelis. I knew it was in the archives somewhere but had no idea where to look. Is there an easy way to search the archives?

Hopefully if it breaks again after the fix in 2.95, we will still be able to manually find and feed the playlist url to GiP.
