Podcast download problem

Trying to get this in get_iplayer, a default get:

INFO: No specified modes (flashhd,flashvhigh) available for this
programme with version 'default'
INFO: Try using --modes=flashaacstd,hlsaacstd

So I try with --modes=flashaacstd

INFO: Command exit code 1 (raw code = 256)

(not found?)

So I try with --modes=hlsaacstd

(not in UK at the moment, perhaps UK only?)

But I can click the "Download MP3" from the webpage

And I can download it without problem.  Is there a way to get
get_iplayer to download the working link to the MP3?
