Problems downloading a programme

Ah ok, thanks. I've never come across the versions switch before. Well, 
I eventually worked out how to use the switch (as I couldn't find it in 
the help guide) and downloaded both versions (out of curiosity).

Two queries, firstly the signed version wasn't signed at all. Secondly, 
none of the previous 3 programmes in the series were marked as 
audiodescribed/signed, so I'm puzzled why this one was, especially when 
it was a normal recording. Coding error?
