 Radio 3 on iPlayer is
 always 320kbps AAC these days. There have been things said
 about other stations moving from 128 to 320kbps with Radio 2
 being the first mentioned. Maybe they're running some
 tests?
 
 Note the metadata
 still says 128kbps for Radio 3 like all the other channels,
 but the stream is actually 320kbps. This causes confusion at
 times. I imagine Radio 2 would behave the same if it went
 320kbps.
