IE9 corrupts .pl file when saving

I think you just neglected to select "Text File" for "Save as type" in 
the Save dialog.  For anyone reading this who may not realise:  The 
get_iplayer and get_iplayer.cgi scripts are plain text files.  For 
whatever reason, IE won't believe the Content-Type header that specifies 
a text/plain MIME type for the response containing the get_iplayer 
script.  Given that the get_iplayer.cgi works OK, it might just be the 
case that IE is too stupid to work without a file extension.  Whatever 
the case, I'll add a relevant note to the instructions.
