ath10k-firmware: QCA4019 hw1.0: Add Sony NCP-HG100/Cellular specific BDFs

Hi.

These files are Sony NCP-HG100/Cellular specific BDFs extracted from
stock firmware.


Required information:

* description for what hardware this is:

   - it is a IPQ4019 based board
     - "/Cellular" model is a variant with a WWAN module of NCP-HG100, the
        same board files may be used in "/WLAN" model but unconfirmed. So
        I sent these files as for "/Cellular" model.
   - one QCA40xx radio is used as 2.4GHz radio
   - one QCA40xx radio is used as 5GHz radio

* origin of the board files

   - extracted from stock firmware

* ids to be used with the board files

   - bus=ahb,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=20,variant=Sony-NCP-HG100-Cellular
     sha256sum:

   - bus=ahb,bmi-chip-id=0,bmi-board-id=21,variant=Sony-NCP-HG100-Cellular

* attach the actual board file (board.bin)

   - The names of the files are equal to the id string in the board-2.bin
     (minus the ".bin")
