ath10k QCA9377 fails on Acer laptop running 4.13.0-16-generic

My apologies. There's nothing wrong with the driver and the QCA9377
works as expected on Ubuntu 17.01. The problem was my router that had
3 modes, AUTO, AES, TKIP. I had AUTO (the default) and that resulted
in all the connectivity issues I experienced with wpa_supplicant.

I discovered this by booting Ubuntu live cd, and couldn't see my SSID.
Once I changed to fixed TKIP, and restarted the router, than the OS
discovered it. This reminds me of the days when auto sense in
networking gear caused similar negotiation/connectivity issues. thx
