Does 99x0 support mesh mode?

i have checked firmware firmware-5.bin_10.4.3.00063-1 on codeaurora

regarding ram mode, i think it's not supported

WMI_SERVICE_MESH_NON_11S                 enabled

Any one knows MESH_NON_11S ?
