qca6174 hw2.1 firmware crash with kernel 4.1.2

Hi,

just tried mainline 4.1.2 (from fedora-updates testing) in the hope to
have a kernel working out of the box (4.0.x series misses a backport),
but unfortunately it doesn't work:
