I have been now able to associate, without encryption of course, on mako
(nexus 4) running cm-10.1:

And I was able to ping after setting manual IPs:

64 bytes from 172.22.71.2: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=3.05 ms
64 bytes from 172.22.71.2: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=3.11 ms

Naturally there are issues, for example first connect call failed and RX
stopped working in a minute or so. But we will fix those.

This is a great milestone to reach, great work! Now let's make this a
top notch driver :)
