Speedtouch speed problems.

On my Zyxel 630-11 I can read it from two places.

 - At endpoint 0x81 that return different groups of parameters each time.
 - Control messages, Request Type 0xc0 Request 0x05 Value 0x03 , that I 
think that read the CTRLE memory.

Maybe it is the same memory map for speedtouch.
