alx FreeBSD support

Hiya,

Now that the AR9380 HAL is working on FreeBSD and the
ath9k-htc-firmware stuff is marching along, I'm going to start dumping
cycles into alx.

So, poke me in a week or so.

I didn't want to try and take too many things on at once.
