Pre-pay phones for skiing

I bought a "mucho talk a lot" card or something when I was there this
summer.  Same idea as what Arnd found.

The rates to the rest of the world were cheap  (0.09CHF to canada, I
seem to recall), but the rates within switzerland were more like
0.40/min
