Corn Exchange visit.

Hi David

The cost of both halls would be £380 plus £80/hour after 6pm.

Regarding additional meeting rooms due to demand the two committee rooms I showed you are only available for conferences hiring both the Corn Exchange and the Guildhall Halls. If you went ahead with this arrangement the cost would be £110 each per day and an additional £55 each per hour after 6pm. Alternatively the King's Room in the Corn Exchange would be available for £120 per day. Evening arrangements for this room would need to be agreed separately, however. If neither of these options work you would probably need to consider using partitions in the two Guildhall Halls.

I do also need to check internet access options in the two Halls which I will do and get back to you about asap.

Best Wishes,
Megan

You did fine -- thanks! Could you remind me of the prices though please
-- assuming we'd want both the Small Hall and the Large Hall, and likely
one or two meeting rooms for a period in the evenings too.
