For some of the US/Canada it's often cheaper to fly via Amsterdam and
change carrier or for Montreal to fly to Charles de Gaulle and then take
the Eurostar (unless you have luggage, in which case you might want to
avoid that airport...)

Some folks may also want to know about flying to Dublin and then cheap
hops to Stanstead after the guinness wears off. Plus tourism info for
the Americans and for wives/husbands being dragged along.

I'll also have a look at the UK rail prices, there are some games that
may help even UK visitors and I need to work those out for me.
