Conference info...

Hi,

Sorry to have taken so long about this. I've contacted "Conference
Cambridge" and received a reply indicating how their system works. We've
been assigned a reference number: 138506 which we need to quote along
with any query, whether thats to Conference Cambridge or to an
individual college.

Conference Cambridge have taken details of roughly what we are looking
for and then circulated it to each college in turn. The colleges reply
if they have any suitable rooms, but I understand that if they don't,
then we'll just not hear from them.

It seems that not all colleges are represented, at least Trinity College
doesn't appear on the list, but we've ruled that out earlier anyway. If
anybody spots another college thats not listed here:

then it would be a good plan to contact them separately I think. I'll
forward the individual replies as I receive them. I wasn't sure what to
say on the catering front, so I've requested separate totals for that to
ensure that we can see what we are getting on that front,
