Unable to connect from AnyConnect 3.0 and 3.1 Windows Clients to ocserv 0.2.4 and git head

Hi, Thomas. Have you got this issue done? It looks like both Mac and
Windows could only do once successful connection, after it always
complaints "The service provider in your current location is
restricting access to the Internet".
