php on Office Server

Great, i managed to install php on existing apache from Office Server, but i don't know how to make apache listen on port 443. Is there any command line? Because if i'm trying in windows to edit the conf file i cannot copy on to the olrder one from server through ftp. I think i don't have enought privileges through ftp.

Indeed it is.  This document is *very* old and the links might need
adjusting, but the software packages are still on netwinder.org.
