Just as an FYI, part of the reason I ported U-Boot the to Pi was to
solve any DT-related issues; U-Boot already has great support for
passing a DTB to the kernel, filling in the command-line and memory-size
properties, running boot scripts, etc.

I also hoped to use U-Boot for USB-based network booting of the
kernel/DTB, but ended up getting SPI support in the kernel first, so I
just scp new kernels to the board now. It'd be awesome if Oleksandr
could upstream that U-Boot USB support he wrote...
