I don't have any SiFive HW so strictly speaking, not quite. However, I
created a test configuration for Polarfire with a basically no-op
runtime patching and it apparently worked. Traps end up in RAM and are
changeable.

Honestly, I don't remember. I believe it should have been 8 but didn't
bother to check, thought it was not a big deal anyway :)
