reset of pcmcia device.

Hello group!
Maybe a stiupid question but what is the proper set of commands needed 
to fully reset pcmcia device?

# pccardctl
pcmciautils 012

what i do is:

[root at asia:~]$ pccardctl eject
[root at asia:~]$ pccardctl insert
[root at asia:~]$ pccardctl info
PRODID_1="PRETEC"
PRODID_2="CompactGPRS"
PRODID_3="20030619"
PRODID_4="Ver 2.02"
MANFID=02a5,0000
FUNCID=2
[root at asia:~]$ pccardctl status
Socket 0:
  3.3V 16-bit PC Card
  Subdevice 0 (function 0) [unbound]
[root at asia:~]$

The card shouldn't be unbound imvho, or I need to bound it manually ?
