Trouble with CardBus wireless card. Please help me!

Hello!

I have old laptop IBM Thinkpad 600 (2645-45U) and two 32-Bit CardBus adapters:
1.TRENDnet TE100-PCUSR 10/100Mbps (work with driver 8139too);
2.D-Link AirPlus DWL-G650+ B1 Wireless CardBus Adapter (in 2.4.X kernel I use 
acx100 driver - it works fine).

I use Gentoo Linux. 
In 2.4 kernel, all hardware working fine, but system work slow.
I try use 2.6.14 and my wireless card not start. Wired card work normal.
