Could you test either 2.6.13 or 2.6.14-rc2, please? Alternatively, the
following kernel boot options might or might not help, I'm not familiar with
vendor kernels.

yenta_socket.bios_override=1
pci=assign-busses

06:02.0 is on the same bus as the CardBus bridge, therefore I doubt that
this is the CardBus card.
