where can I find ds module?

errm. this is wrong. TI pci1420 is not driven by i82092 but by yenta_socket.
and as dominik already said: ds was renamed to pcmcia. but then the atheros
is a cardbus card so you really just need yenta_socket loaded. hotplug should
then do the rest (assuming the atheros driver is built and installed correclty)

when you plug the atheros card it should show up when you do a 'lspci'.
if it doesn't send full dmesg and lspci -vvv
