Ricoh PCI-pcmcia adapater won't work

I have an Intel D925XECV2 mainboard with a PCI-Express interface running SuSe
9.3. I have installed a Ricoh PCI-Cardbus adapater (detail below in lspci)
in a slot and I cannot get it to register any PCMCIA cards. I have an older
system running the exact same kernel and cardbus adapter without a problem,
but this one does not work. I think it might be related to interrupts but I
am unclear what to look for. I have gone through many debuggin steps from
google searchs but to no avail. I have attached a boot log and below I have
the output of the following commands:
lspci -vv

cardctl -V
cardctl info
I will be more than happy to provide any other information that will help me
get this running. I looked through the archives and will continue but any
help is appreciated.
