PCMCIA not working on hp dv4000

I am trying to get two cards working on my hp dv4000 notebook computer. One is
a ADS tech TV card and the other is a US Robotics wireless card. Neither
seem to be working. They both work in XP so that rules out hardware. Listed is
some information. Where can I go from here?
