unable to map card memory

Hi,

Could you please send me a complete dmesg, lsmod and lspci. Also, try the
following values in your /etc/pcmcia/config.opts and run
pcmcia-startup-socket manually -- you need a bit more memory resources than
the ones for the actual device: the PCMCIA socket needs few bytes to
communicate with the card, too.

include memory 0xa0000000-0xa0ffffff
include port 0x100-0x4ff
