Cardbus support broken since 2.6.13-rc

Hi,

I tried the second patch (changing the Cardbus IO size
to 4096 from 256) and it makes Cardbus work in 2.6.13.
However, it is broken again in 2.6.14, with the error
being that the device does not show up in lspci, an
unable to remove socket power upon removal, and a
unable to apply socket power upon re-insertion (?)
