Hello
I have a "Sandisk 128 Mb + WIFI" pc card for my simpad.
It works with the following line in my config.opts file:
card "SanDisk ConnectPlus"
version "SanDisk", "ConnectPlus"
manfid 0xd601, 0x0101
bind "ide-cs" to 1
bind "hostap_cs" to 0
To active wifi I run:
cd /etc/pcmcia
prism2_srec -gs wlan0 pm010102.hex
# will fail - ok
prism2_srec -gs wlan0 pm010102.hex
iwpriv wlan0 reset 1
prism2_srec -rp wlan0 rf010803.hex
iwconfig wlan0 mode 2
However there is a problem : true ide is disabled in io mode. And
that's the primary storage device for many devices, including Psions
and Simpad where people have usually as little as 16 Mb of flash.
Is there a way to access the IDE partition in io mode ? Is it an
option for ide-cs or is it not coded yet??
I'm open to any option...
