unable to apply power

Hi,

I've found this problem when installing linux on my new EPIA board.
Some Googling show me that this is a known problem and lead me to here.
The strange in this problem is that I have a laptop with the same Cardbus bridge
(Ricoh Co Ltd RL5c476 II (rev 80)) and the same kernel version (2.6.8.1) and all
is fine there.
Hoping that this will help in the problem detection I'm sending the info for the
faulty setup and for the OK setup.

NOT OK

1. Via EPIA MIIE6000 board
2. Ricoh Co Ltd RL5c476 II (rev 80)
3. lspci -vv output -> attached file lspci_epia.log
4. cbdump output -> attached file cbdump_epia.log

OK
