This report is a little confusing.

- You initially report a problem with a "PC-Card", but later start a talking
about a cardbus card.  PC-Cards are crufty old 16-bit things and Cardbus is
modern 32-bit.  Please clafify.

- You mention the need for pci=noacpi as if this fixes something, but it's not
clear what problem pci=noacpi actually fixes.  Can you please clarify that?

this once we have the above info.
