Failure to detect card ins/rem with pd6729

Sorry I mean using: MODULE_PARM_DESC(param1, "Description of param1") function/macro
in the module code, so that the description can be seen by using modinfo command
also.

Hope someone testing this pd6729 ISA stuff and this can be included to the kernel
driver.
