Consider this, its without any parms to i82365 module:

Sep 16 23:57:50 (none) kernel: host opts [0]: [ring] [1/3/0] [1/9/0]
Sep 16 23:57:50 (none) kernel: host opts [1]: [ring] [1/3/0] [1/9/0]
Sep 16 23:57:50 (none) kernel: ISA irqs (default) = 3,4,7,10,11,12 polling interval = 1000 ms

and its with irq_mode=1 pci_csc=0 poll_interval=100 for the i82365 module.

Sep 17 06:37:28 (none) kernel: Cirrus PD6729 rev 00 PCI-to-PCMCIA at slot 00:13, port 0x3e0
Sep 17 06:37:28 (none) kernel: host opts [0]: [ring] [pci irq 9] [1/3/0] [1/9/0]
Sep 17 06:37:28 (none) kernel: host opts [1]: [ring] [pci irq 9] [1/3/0] [1/9/0]
Sep 17 06:37:28 (none) kernel: PCI card interrupts, polling interval = 1000ms

certainly this "polling interval = 1000 ms" workaround must be in pd6729, is it?
