I probably should have posted this with the original email, but under
2.4, the error is "cs: unable to map card memory!". I've tried all the
usual changes to /etc/pcmcia/config.opts but to no avail.

All of the above occurs with both 3.3V/5V PCMCIA/Cardbus cards.

I'm stumped as I'm sure I've used these cradles before in different
systems; perhaps they are slightly different, I don't know. The system
they're in is a recent P4 in an Intel board, FYI; and I've booted
Knoppix suspecting perhaps a configuration blunder on my part but the
same issues occur.

More detailed lspci of the cradle:

01:04.0 CardBus bridge: Ricoh Co Ltd RL5c475 (rev 80)
Subsystem: CARRY Computer ENG. CO Ltd: Unknown device 0101
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 168, IRQ 18
         Memory at 3f001000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=4K]
         Bus: primary=01, secondary=02, subordinate=05, sec-latency=176
         Memory window 0: 3f400000-3f7ff000 (prefetchable)
         Memory window 1: 3f800000-3fbff000
         I/O window 0: 00004000-000040ff
         I/O window 1: 00004400-000044ff
16-bit legacy interface ports at 0001

Any suggestions are *very* appreciated.
