[patch 0/21] pcmcia: pd6729 update, cleanups and resource handling cleanup

Dear Andrew,

Please merge the following 21 pcmcia-related patches into your next -mm
release (on top of the existing patches). They contain an update for
pd6729 from Komuro to handle ISA irqs, some removal of unused code, and a 
split up of resource management code so that sockets which have their 
resources mapped statically don't need the overhead of the PCMCIA resource 
database, as everything can, is and should be handled by the default kernel 
resource database for them.
