ichxrom for ICH6

Hi folks,
I am interested in ichxrom map driver.
I have a motherboard with ICH6 and firmware hub chip is SST49LF008A.
I check ichxrom in kernel 2.6.18 that only support for ICH 2/3/4/5.

I would like to modify the driver for my motherboard.
Can some body give some direction?
BTW, does the driver support two or more FWH devices in the same bus?
